This Privacy Policy outlines the procedures for the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of User personal data, as well as any third parties engaged by the User through the websites, in the course of using the EasyQuizy platform and the site easyquizy.site, and through the submission of feedback forms. The owner of the EasyQuizy platform is Sole Proprietor Serhii Uhnivenko, 3330208239.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Platform – the software suite managed by the Administration, located at app.easyquizy.site and easyquizy.site.
1.2. Account – the User's account on the Platform.
1.3. Personal Dashboard – the section of the Platform through which the User can utilize Platform functionalities, including the creation and administration of Websites.
1.4. Website – a website created by the User using the Platform.
1.5. Feedback Form – a form for the User to submit personal data for further transfer to the site administration, account registration on the platform, or to receive further consultation.
1.6. Personal Data – any information that can identify an individual. The processing of personal data involves a set of actions concerning storage, modification, accumulation, deletion, and adaptation.
1.7. Administration – authorized persons acting on behalf of Sole Proprietor S. Uhnivenko, 3330208239, responsible for monitoring the operation of the platform and the processing of users' personal data.
1.8. Third Party – any person who is neither a User nor an Administrator of the platform. All visitors to the website created by the User are considered third parties in relation to the Platform and the Administration.
1.9. Integration – Platform functionality that allows the background transfer of Personal Data and activity data of website visitors to other services and Platforms owned by third parties.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The primary goal of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the proper protection of User information.
2.2. Relations concerning the use of User personal data are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.3. The Platform Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
2.4. The User's use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.
2.5. If the User disagrees with the Privacy Policy, they must cease using the platform.
2.6. The Platform Administration is not responsible for User actions related to the personal data of third parties engaged through a site created on the Platform.
3. Processing and Storage of Users' Personal Data
3.1. All User personal data, such as phone numbers, email addresses, names, and other additional information, is transmitted to the Platform Administration through the Feedback Form only with the User's consent.
3.2. The Platform Administration processes the User's personal data voluntarily provided by the User.
3.3. During personal data processing, the Platform Administration may create accounts for Users and contact them for consultation and additional assistance regarding the use of the platform.
3.4. The Platform Administration does not contact third parties who leave personal data on websites created by Users on the EasyQuizy platform, nor does it use such personal data for other purposes.
3.5. All User personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and used solely for the purposes defined by this Privacy Policy.
4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
4.1. Personal data is not transferred to third parties except as provided by this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of Ukraine.
4.2. Personal data may be transferred at the lawful request of state or local government authorities.
4.3. Personal data of Users and visitors to their websites created on the Platform may be transferred to third-party services with which the User has configured integration, as facilitated by the Platform's functionality. In this case, the Administration bears no responsibility for the receipt of personal data by third-party services, as the User is responsible for this action.
5. Users' Rights and Obligations
5.1. The User has the right to:
5.1.1. Obtain information from the Administration regarding the status and purpose of processing their personal data.
5.1.2. Receive information about third parties to whom personal data has been transferred based on lawful requirements.
5.1.3. Fully delete their account and personal data.
5.1.4. Modify their personal data in their account.
5.1.5. Create links to additional personal policies concerning the use of the created site on the EasyQuizy Platform and services provided by the User to third parties.
5.2. The User is obliged to:
5.2.1. Comply with legal requirements regarding the processing of personal data of third parties engaged through sites created on the EasyQuizy Platform.
5.2.2. Be fully responsible for the personal data of third parties engaged through a site created on the Platform, following the current Privacy Policy and Ukrainian legislation.
6. Protection of Users' and Third Parties' Personal Data
6.1. The site Administration takes certain technical measures to ensure the protection of Users' and third parties' personal data from any leakage due to interference with the Platform's databases.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the event of violations of this Privacy Policy and the norms of Ukrainian legislation on the protection of confidential information.
7.2. The Administration is not liable for the disclosure of confidential information in the following cases:
7.2.1. The information was accessible to third parties before its receipt by the Platform Administration and User sites.
7.2.2. The information became public before disclosure or loss.
7.2.3. The User or third party consented to the disclosure of confidential information.
7.3. The Administration is not responsible for any independent actions of Users in the account related to the processing, deletion, storage, and dissemination of their personal data and those of third parties engaged through the User's Website.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes or disagreements arising between the Parties in connection with the performance of the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through a claims process. If there are no claims from the Parties within a calendar month, mutual obligations are considered fulfilled.
8.3. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute may be submitted to the court at the location of the Administration.
8.4. The applicable law is the law of Ukraine.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented by the Administration without notifying the User at any time. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect upon its posting on the Platform.
9.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes and/or additions to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance and consent by the User to such changes and/or additions.
